A note from our Founder
Welcome. I am Raelene Dal Santo, author, wellbeing teacher and founder of Wellbeing
Ways Australia®. I am so happy you are here to discover personal and lifestyle wellbeing
ways so you can be well and live well.
Your wellbeing is an ever enduring, evergreen most valuable life asset. Everyone, no matter
what age and stage has one asset that is so precious. Your wellbeing.
Rewarded by more than thirty years’ experience in Education and wellness, working with
individuals and communities, and qualifications in education, health, hospitality and
journalism, combined with my wellbeing journey, I present Wellbeing Ways to you.

Wellbeing Ways Australia® was created to provide personal and lifestyle wellbeing options
to enable you to connect to your inner world and thrive in your outer world. Our motto is Be
Well. Live Well. Connect with what matters and thrive in your world.
Wellbeing Ways Australia® offers insights and information about wellness, kindness,
calmness, happiness and success to create a well you and a lifestyle you love. It is a Wellness
platform specialising in self care Wellbeing Ways via digital media, events, books, retreats
and workshops.
What is Wellbeing?
Wellbeing has many definitions and you will have your own version of what being a well-
being means to you. All aspects of your life influence your state of wellbeing and your state
of wellbeing can influence many factors in your life.
As mentioned, I have been rewarded by more than 30 years experience as an educator,
teaching primary children and leading education teams across Australia in both public and
Independent schools. As a registered Integrated massage therapist and author of self care
guide, Live with Love, I will provide ways for you to create and maintain calm, discover your
purpose and passion, be connected, creative and productive, and celebrate a life you love.
Teaching is a privilege and I will also share self care information and inspiration at events
and workshops, how the following factors enhance and influence an individual’s wellbeing:
social, spiritual, emotional, physical, financial, relational, environmental, familial, vocational
and recreational.
